Welcome to Ashley Oaks
Located in Strongsville, Ohio, Ashley Oaks is a deed-restricted community of 163 single-family, owner-occupied homes offering residents a beautiful, well-maintained neighborhood setting.
The community features 111 conventional homes on generously sized lots maintained by their owners, along with 52 cluster homes on Chestnut Oak Lane and Oak Hollow Lane, designed for low-maintenance living with landscaping, snow removal, and exterior painting provided as part of the community's services.
All 163 homes belong to the Ashley Oaks Homeowners Association, which oversees community-wide matters and maintains shared amenities including the neighborhood entranceways, playground, gazebo, stormwater detention basins, and surrounding common areas.
The 52 cluster homes are additionally part of the Oakmont at Ashley Oaks Homeowners Association, a separate corporation with its own Board of Directors, which manages matters specific to the cluster homes — including landscaping, snow removal, and exterior painting.
As a deed-restricted community, Ashley Oaks is governed by state and local ordinances as well as each Association's Declarations and By-laws (collectively referred to as the "Documents"), which help preserve property values and maintain the character of the neighborhood. Both Associations are funded through annual dues, with rates established and communicated to residents by December 1 each year.
